Vegetable tunnels are certainly not a new idea and we are certainly not the only service provider that can offer you a vegetable tunnel, but what sets us apart from other service providers?

(1) We keep the cost to the absolute minimum,

(2) Provide entry level training and support to the people,

(3) Are personally involved and provide practical guidance throughout the first 12 months of the project, and

(4) Provide constant support though technology such as WhatsApp groups and virtual gateways.

A standard 5 m x 10 m tunnel, takes up little space, but produces enough vegetables to feed at least 150 people over a period of 6 – 8 months, from just one tunnel. The benefits of these tunnels are that your produce needs much less water than a normal garden, and the vegetables are protected against free roaming animals,  the elements & pests, leaving a much higher yield than an open garden.

Our services include the following:

• the complete tunnel of 5 x 10m with closed sides,
• the practical erecting of the tunnel,
• transport to the sites,
• compost,
• 500 seedlings per tunnel,
• tools such as watering can, small garden fork and garden rake
• actual planting of the first crops,
• training of the beneficiaries/volunteers on site,
• virtual communication on a weekly basis providing assistance with the growth process and harvesting of the first produce when ready,
• 1 x after care site inspection 24 weeks after erecting, and
• 1 x restock of seedlings at week 24.
